The Hundred Prize Draw – Booker Retailer Incentive 2024

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter is KP Snacks Limited, The Urban Building, 3-9 Albert Street, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 2BE, United Kingdom – please do not send entries to this address they will not be entered into this prize draw.
2. Entrants must be 18 and over.
3. Entry is open to registered Booker Premier, Shop Local, Family Shopper, Budgens and Londis Store retailers (“Participants”) located in Great Britain only. NI retailers are excluded. Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in order to qualify for a chance to win a prize.
4. To enter, Participants must purchase from Booker, 6 cases (each of a different brand) from the Qualifying Products listed below, Sponsoring The Hundred between the below dates;
   1. Premier, Shop Local & Family Shopper: 00:01 10th July 2024 to 23:59 13th August 2024;
   2. Budgens & Londis: 00:01 8th July 2024 to 23:59 14th August 2024

each a “Qualifying Period”

5. Participants will automatically be entered into the prize draw each time they have bought the required 6 brands, to have the chance to win one of 50x cricket bundles each bundle to include (i)The Hundred Official Shirt; (ii) KP Branded Cap; and (iv) Cricket Kit (bat & ball). Should the Participant not wish to be automatically entered for the prize draw or accept any prize they must contact Marsden@booker.co.uk and confirm this in writing.
6. Participants do not need to purchase the required Qualifying Products in one transaction, Qualifying Products purchased during the Qualifying Period will count towards the Qualifying Products required to qualify for the prize draw.
7. Participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw each time they buy the required Qualifying Products as set out at paragraph 4. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these rules will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
8. Participants will be responsible for any tax liability.
9. The 50x winners will be randomly selected by Booker Limited on behalf of the Promoter. Each winner will be notified by Booker Limited by post within 14 days of the closing date of the relevant Qualifying Period. The Promoter’s notification is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Participants can win a maximum of one prize.
11. If contact cannot be made with a Winner within 2 weeks of prize draw closing date, the promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
12. No cash or other prize alternative is available.
13. Participants may be requested to take part in unpaid publicity.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to redeem an application for the prize draw if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Participant has not complied with any of these terms and conditions, or has not acted in good faith. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if deemed necessary due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
16. Booker Limited’s involvement with the prize draw is as set out in these terms and conditions only. The Participant’s entry data will be processed by The Delta Group in accordance with its Privacy Policy [INSERT LINK TO PRIVACY POLICY].
17. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winners to anyone who writes to: Marsden@booker.co.uk within three months after the relevant Qualifying Period. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please inform the Promoter by writing to the above address. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
18. These rules (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
