EXCLUSIVE BOOKER CATERING INCENTIVE 2024 – CASH COMPETITION

 

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The promoter is KP Snacks Limited (‘the Promoter’), The Urban Building, 3-9 Albert Street, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 2BE, United Kingdom. Please do not send entries to this address as they will not be entered into this prize draw. Details on how to enter are detailed below at clause 6.
  2. Entrants must be 18 or over.
  3. Entry is open to registered Booker Ltd and Makro Wholesale Self Service Limited (‘Booker’) customers located in UK only (‘Participants’). Participants agree to abide by these terms & conditions to qualify for a chance to win a prize (prizes detailed in clause 5 below).
  4. Competition Period: between 00:00 19.06.2024 and 23:59 13.08.2024.
  5. Prize(s): 50x £100 cash prizes (‘Prize(s)’). Only one Prize per Participant. No other prize alternative is available. Participants will be responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of receiving a Prize. Prizes are non-transferable.
  6. To enter, Purchase one Qualifying Brand/Product (as detailed in appendix below) and Scan the QR code to register/enter during the Competition Period. Participants only need to register/enter once for entire period. For each Qualifying Product purchased, participants will get one entry into the prize draw.
  7. Entries which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter and Booker accept no responsibility for the failure to process an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside Bookers or the Promoter’s control.
  8. Qualifying Brands/Products (while stock last): KP Nuts, McCoy’s, Big Hoops, Pom-Bear, Tyrrells, Skips and Popchips, as detailed in Appendix 1 (which also details the Booker product codes).
  9. Winners: The 50 x winners will be randomly selected by third party; Delta Group. Each winner will be notified by phone within 14 days of the prize draw closing date (23:59 on 13.08.2024). Delta Group’s notification of winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If contact cannot be made with a winner within 2 weeks of the prize draw, at the discretion of the Promoter, Delta Group reserves the right to select a new winner on behalf of the Promoter.
  10. Payment: All Prizes will be paid into the winner’s nominated and valid UK bank account within 14 days of receipt of the winners bank details (to be received no later than 2 days after receiving notification of winning).
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to redeem an application for the prize draw if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Participant has not complied with any of these terms and conditions or has not acted in good faith. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if deemed necessary due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
  13. Booker’s involvement with the prize draw is to advertise the promotion only.
  14. Data Protection: Delta Group’s involvement with the prize draw is as set out in these terms and conditions only. The Participants entry data will be processed by Delta Group in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://thedeltagroup.com/privacy/). The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for purposes related to this promotion and for no other purpose. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy can be found here (https://www.kpsnacks.com/privacy-policy/). The Promoter may disclose Participants’ personal information to Delta Group and its other contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with Participants. By participating in the competition, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time but will no longer be able to participate. Delta Group and Booker will only use the personal data supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose. The Promoter, Delta Group and Booker are bound by, and will use your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
  15. Opt Out: Should the Participant not wish to be automatically entered for the prize draw or accept any prize then they must contact bsb@superior.co.uk.
  16. Publicity: Participants may be requested to take part in unpaid publicity.
  17. Liability: Booker and the Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum as allowable by law.
  18. Governing Law: These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
