The following terms and conditions apply to the Booker Limited-Nichols plc: ‘Vimto’ Competition (the “Promotion”) (the “Terms and Conditions”), available to registered Booker Premier customers only.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. All entrants to the Promotion (“Entrants”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promotion runs from 00:01 on 15 May 2024 until 23:59 on 18 June 2024. Entries received outside of this time will not be counted.
3. Entry:

3.1 Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all registered Booker Premier customers within Great Britain (customers within Northern Ireland are excluded) aged 18 years or over. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has breached any of the Terms and Conditions.

3.2 To validly submit an entry, prospective entrants must purchase from Booker a case of each one of the qualifying products listed below, (including the Promoter’s [standard] and “Love the Taste” promotional products) (“Qualifying Products”), between the dates of 15 May and 18 June 2024 (the “Qualifying Period”). Entrants do not need to purchase all required Qualifying Products in one transaction to qualify for the prize draw, with Qualifying Products purchased throughout the Qualifying Period counting towards the Qualifying Products requirement. One Entry will be made in the draw once a prospective entrant has purchased one case of every SKU listed below. If a prospective entrant fails to purchase one or more of the Qualifying Products, no entry will be made:

3.3 Only Entrants who have fulfilled the entry criteria set out in paragraph 2 will be entered into the draw. Entrants may be entered into the prize draw more than once, if they purchase each of the Qualifying Products on multiple occasions across the Qualifying Period (with Entrants securing an additional entry into the prize draw each time they purchase from Booker a case of each of the Qualifying Products).

3.4 There is a limit of one prize per Entrant.

3.5 The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entry that is lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, system, server, network or other reason.

4. Winners:

4.1 There will be thirty-two (32) winners. The winners will be drawn at random from the pool of qualifying entries by a 3^rd-party administration agency on behalf of Nichols, by 23:59 on 02/07/24

4.2 The winners will be contacted by 59 on 16/07/24 via e-mail

4.3 The winners will be asked to send their postal address details for distribution of the prize. In order to claim the prize, the winner must respond to the message with their postal details within 14 days.

4.4 The Promoter and Booker will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 14 days of the date the notification was sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the valid entries that were received.

4.5 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

4.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.

5. Prizes:

5.1 There are thirty-two (32) prizes to be won. Each prize is one prepaid Mastercard to the value of two hundred and fifty pounds (£250). Winners should allow up to 28 days for delivery of the prize following provision of their postal address.

5.2 No cash alternative is available; prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

5.4 Entrants shall be responsible for any tax liability that may arise or occur as a consequence of their participation in the Promotion.

6. The Promoter shall not process or access your personal information except to comply with clause 7 below. Booker and / or its third-party agency The Delta Group (“TDG”), Company Registration Number 1248213, 34 Hercules Way, Bowerhill, Melksham SN12 6TS may process or access your personal information solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter, in accordance with https://thedeltagroup.com/privacy/. All personal data processed in administering the Promotion shall be deleted within 3 months
7. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at available by sending a request via email to bsb@thedeltagroup.co.uk. The winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
8. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter and only where circumstances make it unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this Promotion at any time but will always endeavour to minimise the effect on the consumer in order to avoid undue disappointment.
9. The Promoter: The Promoter of this Competition is Nichols plc whose registered office is Laurel House, 5 Woodlands Park, Ashton Road Newton-le-Willows WA12 0HH. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any claims and/or disputes arising out or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.
