Stealth Product Launch
Brief
Deliver a premium experience that supports the launch of a new crossover shoe in Blacks stores whilst influencing shopper behaviour and generating measurable sales growth.
Execution
We identified key influencers and sales mechanics via in-store research and retail audit. This helped us design bespoke PERM, SEMI PERM, retail theatre and visual merchandising units that would hero the ‘Stealth’ product. This was further enhanced with a competition win mechanic for an outdoor activity trip.
We also created a staff engagement campaign and training day to increase understanding of the product, in-store conversion and advocacy.
