Store visits take place on certain days of the week; driven by the retailer’s expectation of evidencing 100% compliance on the day(s) of visit. Store visits are made using either store-level planograms as a guide and/or using images of which promotions should be playing out across the retail estate.

These guides are used in our field visits to measure the placement of various forms of POS

Where POS is present, we take photo evidence. All data points are collected via mobile phone app; which is geo- tagged, and with all data being date and time stamped. We can use the data, over time, to build up store scores and generate league tables of POS performance.
